Why certify a Spa?

Many know the ISO 9001 quality certification which confirms the quality standards in customer service and, therefore, help to any service provider to satisfy the consumer.

spa in a business where the customer must be treated on excellence from entering to leaving the facility, it becomes even more necessary to have high levels of quality and appropriate care.

As a long time has been going on elsewhere in our country we will be taking steps to increase these levels. And the best tool is the Quality Certification, following the guidelines of the International Standards Spa Excellence (SpaExcellenceSM). Certified centers have systems and processes to ensure that the client has the best experience each time you visit the Spa.

The great advantage of starting a certification process is that lets us know our strengths and opportunities, and review in detail such important areas as systems, user experience, process support and improvement.

And that quality customer service is not something that can or should be improvised. Must be guided by a methodology of previous research to come then to develop and implement the standards.

On the other hand, is a useful way to increase profitability of our spa, because the improvements to be introduced, will increase operational efficiency, resulting in higher sales and lower our operating costs.

And let's not forget other clients, inmates, our current or future employees who will be motivated for their work in a certified company. Will be trained in the proper method and ensure that all our equipment is in line with the objectives.

In a competitive environment we are living, possess a Certificate of Quality, will begin to be a useful way to achieve distinction to customers and to the industry in general, have a strong brand and competitive differentiation.
